Terms of Service
The terms for playing on Zuppilo
Last updated 3 October 2026. These terms cover the Zuppilo website (zuppilo.com and store.zuppilo.com), Zuppilo accounts and the Minecraft server at play.zuppilo.com. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to read and agree to them with you.
The short version, for younger players
- Zuppilo is free to play.
- Be kind, play fair and follow the rules.
- Keep your password and your personal details secret.
- Ask a grown-up before you buy anything.
- If something feels wrong, tell a grown-up you trust and report it.
- Breaking the rules can mean a warning, a mute or a ban.

1. Who runs Zuppilo
Zuppilo is run by Online Till Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 11802761). Our registered office is Flat 1, 6 Brent Road, Birmingham, B30 2TP, United Kingdom. In these terms, "Zuppilo", "we" and "us" mean Online Till Ltd, and "you" means the person using Zuppilo and, for players under 18, their parent or guardian too.
Zuppilo is a fan-run Minecraft server. Not an official Minecraft service. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
2. Who can use Zuppilo
- Zuppilo is made for players aged 6 and over.
- If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to create an account, link a Minecraft account or buy anything, and they must agree to these terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of Zuppilo and for purchases made with their payment details.
- To play on the server you need your own genuine copy of Minecraft: Java Edition. Children's Microsoft accounts may need a parent to allow multiplayer in the Microsoft family settings first.
- Our Discord and social media accounts follow those platforms' own age rules, which usually means 13 and over.
3. Your account
- Your Zuppilo website account is separate from your Minecraft account. Use a different password for each.
- Use an email address you can get to; a younger player can use a parent's email. We send verification links and important account messages there.
- Keep your password and any sign-in codes private, and don't share your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us.
- One Minecraft account can be linked to one Zuppilo account. You can unlink it in My Zuppilo.
- In My Zuppilo you can download your data or ask us to delete your account. We check deletion requests before acting on them, so sending a request doesn't mean the account has already been deleted.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms apply to your Google account.
4. Rules and behaviour
Everyone on Zuppilo must follow the Zuppilo rules and instructions from staff. You must not:
- bully, threaten, harass or be hateful to anyone;
- share personal details about yourself or anyone else, such as addresses, schools, phone numbers or passwords;
- swear, or post anything scary, violent, sexual or otherwise not suitable for children;
- cheat, use hacked clients, bots or exploits, or take advantage of bugs (please report them instead);
- pretend to be staff or another player;
- advertise other servers, websites or products, or send spam;
- buy, sell or trade accounts, ranks or in-game items for real money outside our store;
- try to break or overload the server or website, or get into anyone else's account.
When rules are broken, staff can warn, mute, kick or ban players, remove builds or messages, and suspend accounts. We aim to be fair and to match the action to what happened. If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal in My Zuppilo using the punishment reference.
To report a player, use "Report a player" in My Zuppilo or tell a member of staff. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. If you're worried about online sexual abuse or the way someone is talking to a child, report it to CEOP.
5. Things you create
Builds, chat messages and other things you make on Zuppilo stay yours. You allow us to store and show them so Zuppilo can work: for example, so other players can see your builds and leaderboards can show your username. We can remove anything that breaks the rules. Worlds, maps and game progress can be reset, for example when a new season starts.
6. Ranks and purchases
Playing on Zuppilo is free. Ranks are optional cosmetic extras: they change how you look, never how the game plays, and nothing we sell gives an advantage.
These rules apply to every purchase:
- Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian make or approve the purchase. Only the holder of a payment card or PayPal account may use it.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total you pay.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe (and PayPal, if it's offered). We never see or store your full card details.
- A rank is added to the Minecraft account you choose after payment: the username you type in the store, or your linked account. Check the username before you pay. "Lifetime" means for as long as Zuppilo runs (see section 8). Ranks can't be moved to another account or exchanged for money.
7. Refunds
- Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and we'll pay you back to the payment method you used. The rank is removed when the refund is made.
- If a rank doesn't arrive or doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
- If a payment is reversed or charged back through your bank or PayPal, the rank is removed.
- To ask for a refund, email info@zuppilo.com with the order number from your receipt, or open a support ticket in My Zuppilo.
You also have rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects them.
8. Keeping Zuppilo running
We work to keep Zuppilo safe, fun and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we sometimes need to take it offline for maintenance or updates. We may change, add or remove games, maps and features. If we ever close Zuppilo for good, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on this website.
9. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using Zuppilo at any time and ask us to delete your account in My Zuppilo. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the rules, or when we need to protect players or Zuppilo. We'll explain why, unless doing so could put someone at risk, and you can appeal in My Zuppilo.
10. Other companies' services
Minecraft is made by Mojang Studios, part of Microsoft. When you play on Zuppilo you must also follow the Minecraft End User Licence Agreement and Usage Guidelines. Our payment providers, Google sign-in and Discord have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
11. Our responsibility to you
We provide Zuppilo with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses: Zuppilo is for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
12. Your data
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects you, we'll tell account holders by email or on this website before it applies.
14. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
