The five things you want to know
Website accounts require email verification. Support tickets, the rank store and guardian controls are available.
- Who runs it? Zuppilo is an independently operated Minecraft network. This page does not claim a staffed moderation schedule or an age-suitability certification.
- Is chat safe? Guardian chat controls are not active yet. Do not rely on this preview to restrict in-game chat. Review multiplayer access with the player and follow the network rules.
- What does it cost? Playing is free. Optional cosmetic ranks cost £4.99, £11.99 or £24.99 as one-time purchases, paid securely online. A parent or guardian should complete the payment, and you can ask for a refund within 14 days.
- What data is kept? Minecraft maintains account and gameplay records. Website accounts hold an email address and settings; card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us. See the privacy policy. Hosting access logs may contain IP addresses and requested pages.
- How do I reach a person? The contact address is info@zuppilo.com. You can also sign in to open a support ticket and track replies.
Before joining with a younger player
Review the account and multiplayer settings supplied by your platform. Website guardian enrolment is a separate planned feature and is not currently active.
- 1Review platform settings. Use the official account-management tools for your Minecraft account. Decide which multiplayer features are appropriate together.
- 2Review multiplayer access. Check who the player can communicate with and which account settings govern online play.
- 3Open Minecraft Java Edition and add the server: Multiplayer, Add Server, paste
play.zuppilo.com. - 4Link your Minecraft account. Verify your website email, then in Minecraft type /link and click the link it sends you. Your child can then invite you as their guardian from My Zuppilo, under Safety & spending.
Rules, in words a child can read
- Be kind. No name-calling, no bullying, no hate.
- Keep it private. Never share your school, address, phone, passwords or other people's details.
- Play fair. No cheating, hacks or bought advantages (there are none to buy).
- Keep it Zuppilo-friendly. No swearing, scary or grown-up topics.
- Follow staff instructions and the network rules.
If a rule is broken
Signed-in players can submit reports and appeals and track their reference numbers. Staff review reports and can warn, mute or ban a player. An appeal is always looked at by a different member of staff.

Signed-in players can export their account data or submit a deletion request for staff review. Requests are tracked; submission does not mean deletion has already been completed. Read the full privacy policy.
